The first thing I really wanted to make was a Halloween edition of Don’t Pop Pete! I really enjoyed animating him and his friendly ghost boo! For those of you who love the original “Don’t Pop Pete!” boom cards deck, you’ll enjoy playing this one too. Did you know that Pete the Pirate turns into Frankepete every October? And, sometimes Boo the ghost pops out of the barrel instead!

In this next set of Boom Cards, I really went all-out and animated Boo the friendly ghost, Count Dee the vampire, Skella Bones the Skeleton, Frankie Frankenstein, and Mimi Mummy!

After animating, I went into recording sound! Witch’s Pot Consonants was created to help with sound/letter correspondence, but it can also be used to help with speech sounds in isolation.

Finally, for your older kids who love games such as Story Cubes or choose your own adventure, you can try Story Spotlights – Halloween! Each set comes with 4 opportunities to make unique Halloween-themed stories.
